Eric Andrews
Eric Andrews is a stand-up comedian whose shy, awkward demeanour disguises an unnervingly sharp and unpredictable mind. His off-the-cuff, unsuspected humour sneaks up on audiences. He’s been described by critics as a comedy illusionist—a performer so controlled in his silence that even seasoned reviewers “can’t see the strings.” He often leaves audiences unsure whether they’re watching controlled chaos or a perfectly executed trick.
A two-time Canadian Comedy Award winner, Eric earned a Canadian Comedy Award for Best Newcomer and was crowned SiriusXM’s Next Top Comic. He’s been featured at Just For Laughs, Cleveland Comedy Fest, KW Comedy Fest, Sudbury Comedy Festival, and the 25th Anniversary of the Hubcap Comedy Festival.
He’s also performed at some American festivals in Los Angeles, San Fransisco, Atlanta, New York, Las Vegas, Montana, as well as being named best comedian at the Cleveland Comedy Festival.
In the theatre world, his semi-autobiographical one-man show ‘Audience of One’ debuted at the 2019 Toronto Fringe Festival, where it won Best Comedy.
You may have also seen Eric one of his many TV appearances on such networks as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount+, Disney, FX, and Discovery Channel’s ‘Prank Science’.
Ultimately, Eric Andrews just wants to be so funny for you.
